This fully functional desk lamp is the perfect spy cameras for home because no one will ever suspect that it actually contains a color hidden camera and mini DVR. Just place it on your desk or nightstand – plug it in and your ready to go. Once plugged in the power cord powers the lamp, the camera and the DVR.
Features include motion activated recording so it only records when there is something to record. This is convenient during playback as you won’t have to fast forward through long stretches of tape to get to the action.
This spy camera for home also has Motion Detection Area Masking. This feature allows you to set the field of vision to ignore motion in the lower quarter of the field of vision. Nice if you have a pet that may wander onscreen and activate the camera.
The mini DVR records directly to an 8GB SD memory card which is included with the camera. This is the most convenient method of recording. When you are ready to view the footage simply remove the SD memory card and and pop it into the card reader on your computer to view or download for archiving or later viewing. Or if you prefer you can always view the footage by connecting the lamp to your TV or computer with the included RCA cable. Doesn’t get much easier than that.
