User settings are easily changed by simply connecting the unit into the “Video in” of your TV/Monitor via the supplied RCA cable and pressing the menu button on remote control. User recording options include 30fps standard resolution (320 X 240) video recording or high-Resolution (640 X 480) at 5,4,3,2, or 1fps.
