There are a wide range of situations that may require spy cameras for home use. Hidden spy cameras for home use
One option is to purchase a spy camera that has already been hidden within a common device that most people have in their home. Items like boom boxes, DVD players, radios, Ipod docking stations and pens. Most of these items also perform their regular duties as well.
These types of spy cameras are the easiest to deploy and make the most sense for home use. Simply plug the item in and leave it in the room where you want to capture the video. If you need to move it, no sweat, just move it and the device is ready to go.
Most of these types of cameras use power from a wall outlet and record video to an SD card. Simply remove the SD card and play back the video on your computer. It is extremely easy to use.
Pinhole cameras for walls and ceilings
Pinhole cameras have tiny lenses that are only the size of the tip of a pen. These cameras can be placed in many common areas and will be virtually undetectable. Simply install the camera into a vent, wall or ceiling and expose the pin head lens and you are all set.
I personally used pinhole spy cameras many times to capture video of dishonest employees for a major retailer many times. It was amazing how effective these cameras are at capturing needed video, evidence, of foul play.
These types of cameras do require some technical expertise to install. However, if you are a weekend warrior, I am quite certain that you will have no problems using one of these types of spy cams.
